Independently lead projects in the role of PM (needs analysis, planning, team task management, timely implementation),
Planning and structuring of projects,
Creation and updating of project documentation (including schedules, cost estimates and project budget),
monitoring and periodical reporting on the status of projects,
Responsibility for qualifying leads (we mainly work on inbound),
Working closely with clients and conducting sales and project meetings,
identifying the client's business needs,
Managing customer expectations in the sales process and during projects,
Proactive efforts to understand the customer's business context,
Active participation in project activities such as research or workshops.
You know English at the C1 level (min. B2, including business vocabulary),
you are familiar with project management methodologies in practice,
You have experience in UX projects,
You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in project management,
You have experience in B2B sales,
You are able to work in interdisciplinary teams.
