Your tasks

Managing the current sales process - monitoring the company's mailbox, maintaining the Pipedrive CRM, running tenders, communicating with the client, consulting with the MD team, creating quotes,

Optimisation and improvement of the company's current sales process,

Management of marketing budget and marketing action plan - current main activities: content marketing, speaking at conferences, social media (FB, LinkedIn), Clutch, possibility of introducing new marketing activities,

proactive contact with existing customers (to maintain relationships, support Project Managers in monitoring satisfaction, identify occasional gift-giving opportunities),

Active contact with entities with which we should have relationships to scale up our business - a list of 25 key such entities to be developed,

participation in regular Business Review meetings and direct influence on shaping company strategy.

Ideally, if

you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in work with similar responsibilities, with corporate clients, especially foreign clients,

you have gained experience in the digital industry,

You know English at min. C1 (including business vocabulary),

you get on well with new people,

you have an understanding that marketing and sales are siblings,

you have a willingness to explore and test new marketing channels, solutions and tools,

you are results-oriented,

you have the ability to analyse the effectiveness of the actions carried out,

you have critical thinking skills, you are independent, committed, you organise your work well.
